One of the most widely used IMO MED approved resin underlays in the marine industry. Flexigel m60 is a highly elastic and flexible IMO-approved underlay. It has great viscoelastic and impact-noise reduction properties. Generally used on all areas with specific acoustic requirements or where high elasticity flooring is preferred, such as sport areas and jogging tracks.
Thixotropic product for flexible resin underfloors of low specific weight This very light underlay has an average specific weight of 0.60 kg/l. Very flexible at all thicknesses and IMO-certified for application in thicknesses up to 15 mm, Flexigel d060 is one of the products in most demand in the yacht industry and mandatory for all projects where reduced weight is essential. Flexigel d060 has also been formulated for highly cambered decks, is easy to sand and can be applied at full thickness in a single step. It is very flexible, seamless with excellent anticorrosion properties and resilient.
FLEXIGEL ALLEGGERITO 100
This light and flexible underlay, with an average specific weight of 0,90 kg /l, is easy to apply and ideal for all levelling applications where the minimum thickness must be close to zero. It is very practical for “patch” levelling and easy to sand. When cured, the material has a smooth surface for easy and fast sanding. Flexigel alleggerito 100 is suitable for many types of topping material.
Viscogel is a primary deck covering for sound damping. Its main purpose is to reduce structural vibration significantly due to its permanent viscoelastic characteristics. It is normally topped by a levelling compound (mainly Flexigel alleggerito or Flexiplast hw) to achieve the required thickness and the necessary levelling. IMO-certified for application in thicknesses up to 1.5-2 mm.
EPOXY BASED UNDERLAYS
Flexisecurit ER-SO is a three-component, IMO-approved, epoxy flooring system derived from naval experience,with high resistance to mechanical stress. It is mainly used in all indoor areas where the floor is subject to heavy-duty use. Nevertheless, being a marine underlay, it remains constantly flexible. It can be applied directly on steel after suitable floor preparation, also without primer. A primer (Primer polieto sp) is generally used whenever it is necessary to preserve the steel preparation. It is without doubt one of the best referenced epoxy underlays in the marine and naval industry

HYBRID EPOXY UNDERLAYS
Flexiplast lt is an underlay with an average weight of 0.8 kg/l. IMO-certified for application in thicknesses up to 25 mm, it is the ideal underlay for the indoor application of most traditional flooring materials such as vinyl, carpets and other finishing or coating materials (to be assessed on request).
Flexiplast HT is an IMO-certified underlay for high thickness, heavy-duty, indoor floors. With an average weight of 1 kg/l and the ability to reach very high thicknesses up to 50 mm or more, it is the ideal underlay for most heavy duty indoor areas in a ship, whenever high thicknesses are required. It can be finished with resin topcoat (e.g. Flexisecurit er), tiles, etc.
